3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

4. How to Request a Return

5. Refunds

  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us for assistance.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
